Are you a strategic leader with a passion for finance, technology, and people? We're seeking a dynamic Director of Finance, IT & HR to drive operational excellence across three core pillars of our client's business.

What You'll Own

Finance Leadership

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with precision
  • Drive cost accounting strategies in a manufacturing environment
  • Manage cash flow, financial reporting (GAAP), and risk analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cost structures and operational efficiency

IT Strategy & Infrastructure

  • Align IT initiatives with business goals and manufacturing operations
  • Oversee ERP systems (QAD, SAP, etc.), cybersecurity, and data management
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and digital transformation

HR Strategy & Workforce Development

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support long-term growth
  • Ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company culture
  • Champion workforce planning and talent development

What You Bring

? Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems (MBA preferred)
? 7+ years in finance and IT leadership in manufacturing is required
? Expertise in cost accounting, ERP systems, and cross-functional team leadership
? Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
